Barinedum Yorkuri

Following a hearing of the Professional Conduct Committee (PCC) into a complaint made against Mr. Barinedum Yorkuri, MPSI (Reg. No 12563), the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland considered the report of the PCC on 27 August 2026. The Council noted the decision of the PCC to admonish Mr. Yorkuri pursuant to section 48(1)(d) of the Pharmacy Act 2007. The Council also decided to publish the fact of this sanction, and to publish the Report of the PCC in the public interest, with the names or identifiers of the complainant and their family redacted.

Under section 57(1)(h) of the Act, the Council is obliged to give public notice of the sanction of admonishment, if satisfied it is in the public interest to do so.
