Complaints and Concerns

If you encounter an issue at a pharmacy, or are unhappy with the service you receive, often it can be resolved by first talking to the pharmacists in charge. 

Here you will find out about the key differences between making a complaint and raising a concern with us.

If speaking to the superintendent or supervising pharmacist doesn’t resolve the issue to your satisfaction you can submit a concern to the PSI. 

If you have encountered an issue of a serious nature, relating to a pharmacist and/or pharmacy, you may wish to submit a statutory complaint.
