At a hearing of the Professional Conduct Committee held on 12 May 2023 and 10 July 2023, Mr Colm Kennelly, MPSI (Reg. No 5607) consented to be censured by the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland pursuant to section 46 of the Pharmacy Act 2007 (as amended).

The Council at its meeting on 14 December 2023 censured Mr. Kennelly following the consideration of the report submitted to it by the Professional Conduct Committee dated 31 October 2023. Effective Date of Decision: 14 December 202
