Esterville Limited t/a Kelly’s Pharmacy

At a hearing of the Professional Conduct Committee (PCC) held on 16 December 2025, Esterville Limited t/a Kelly’s Pharmacy (Reg. No. 5891) consented to be censured by the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (the Council) pursuant to section 46 of the Pharmacy Act 2007 (as amended).

At its meeting on 26 March 2026, the Council formally censured the pharmacy and decided that it was in the public interest to give public notice of the sanction.

The Council also decided that it was in the public interest to publish the report of the Committee in full.
