Martina Geraghty

Following a hearing of the Professional Conduct Committee into a complaint made against Ms. Martina Geraghty (Reg. No. 5903), the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (the “Council”) considered the report of the Committee on 5 February 2026 and decided to censure the pharmacist pursuant to section 48(1)(b)(i) of the Pharmacy Act 2007 (“the Act”) and decided to give public notice of the sanction in the public interest.

The Council also decided that it was in the public interest to publish the report of the PCC, which is redacted to anonymise information pertaining to a third party.
