Mr Marcus Breslin

At a hearing of the Professional Conduct Committee (PCC) held on 2 May 2024, Mr. Marcus Breslin MPSI (Reg. No 5345) consented to be censured by the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (the Council) pursuant to section 46 of the Pharmacy Act 2007 (as amended).

The Council at its meeting on 21 November 2024 censured Mr. Breslin following the consideration of the report submitted to it by the PPC and decided to give public notice of the sanction in the public interest.

The Council also decided that it was in the public interest to publish the report of the PCC (redacted to anonymise the identity of the patients).
