Ms Anne Gannon

Following a hearing of the Professional Conduct Committee (the “Committee”) into a complaint made against Ms Anne Gannon, the PSI Council considered the report of the Committee on 24 April 2025 and decided to censure the pharmacist and to impose conditions on the pharmacist’s registration.

Under section 57 of the Pharmacy Act 2007 (as amended), the Council must make public any sanction imposed, including the attachment of conditions to a pharmacist’s registration, and therefore is obliged to issue this notice.
