Inquiry Dates 2026

Any member of the public who wishes to attend the inquiry is requested to email to notify their attendance in advance. Please let us know if you have access requirements and our Access Officers will be happy to assist with your visit. 

Note that Fitness to Practise inquiries before the Professional Conduct Committee are held in public unless a successful application is made by a complainant, the PSI registrant or a witness for the hearing to be held in private or partly in private. This can happen at any time before the hearing commences.

Professional Conduct Committee Inquiry: 16 January 

An inquiry concerning a registered pharmacist conducted by the Professional Conduct Committee of the PSI will be held on 16 January commencing at 10.00 am in the offices of the PSI, PSI House, Fenian Street, Dublin 2 under Part 6 of the Pharmacy Act 2007.
