Submit a concern to the PSI
If speaking to the superintendent or supervising pharmacist doesn’t resolve the issue to your satisfaction you can submit a concern to the PSI.
What is a concern?
You may have a concern about the behaviour, conduct, practice or health of a pharmacist, or the service you received in a pharmacy. You may not want to engage in the statutory complaint process as it can be can be very long and time-consuming process.
You may wish to raise the matter as a concern in the first instance with the PSI, rather than as a statutory complaint.
All concerns are formally logged and reviewed by the PSI and they will be considered if further action is needed. The appropriate action will be taken based on the details of the concern.
To submit a concern to the PSI please email us at complaints@psi.ie.
