Martin Kelly

Martin is an experienced board and audit & risk committee member with over 30 years’ leadership across multinational, regulated, and public sector organisations. He specialises in IT and cybersecurity governance, enterprise risk, and digital transformation, drawing on a senior career that included Vice President of Worldwide IT at Citrix Systems, leading a global team of 300+. He serves on the Audit & Risk Committees of Ornua and ComReg, and previously spent over six years on the Board of the Rehab Group, chairing key governance and IT committees. He also advises technology leaders on governance, strategy, and organisational effectiveness. 

Martin holds degrees from UCD and Macquarie University, completed executive education at Harvard Business School and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors Ireland. Martin has also been awarded a Fellowship of the Irish Computer Society.
