Anna McMahon

Anna has worked in the Department of Finance as Head of Tax Administration and Revenue Powers and was a member of its Risk Committee. As a Principal Officer (higher) in the Department of Finance, she developed a strong understanding of public service accountability structures.  She was also Head of Internal Audit and Policy Evaluation in the Department of Tourism, Sport, and Recreation, and was advisor to the Chairman of the Governance Committee of World Bank Group in Washington DC. She has represented Ireland at the Economic and Policy Committee of the OECD.  In 2022, she was awarded an M.Sc. in Applied Governance by UCD and has an M.Sc. in Strategic Management from DIT now, Technological University (TU).
