Ciara Lynch

Ciara has over 28 years’ experience in providing internal audit, risk management, and governance services to organisations in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, including a number of professional regulators. Ciara is currently a client relationship partner at Pinnacle Consulting - a professional service firm which specialises in the provision of internal audit, risk management, and governance services to clients. She has previously held the position of Senior Manager in the Enterprise Risk Services Department of a big four firm, and Audit Director in a top 10 practice. Ciara holds a B. Comm from NUIG, and a Masters of Accounting from the Michael Smurfit Business School. She is also a fellow member of Chartered Accountants Ireland. Ciara is currently a member of the Audit Committee of Coimisiún na Meán, and Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services.  She is a former member of the Audit Committee of the Mental Health Commission, (2017 – 2022), and the Commission for Aviation Regulation, (2018 to 2023).
