Geraldine Crowley

Ms. Geraldine Crowley is the Assistant National Director for the Enhanced Community Care Programme and Primary Care Contracts with the Health Service Executive (HSE).

Geraldine has extensive leadership experience across the HSE, including Head of Planning, Performance and Programme Management within the Social Care Division. Throughout her career, she has played a significant role in driving healthcare reform, service development, and the advancement of integrated care across Ireland's health system. She has also been actively involved in GP contractual reform and the development of community-based services. 

In her current role, Geraldine leads initiatives that strengthen the integration of primary care and community services with broader healthcare provision, helping to deliver more coordinated, accessible, and patient-centred care. Her work focuses on improving collaboration across healthcare settings and enhancing outcomes for people with chronic conditions, older persons, and those requiring complex care. 

She holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a B.A. in Public Administration from the University of Limerick.

Geraldine has been appointed to the PSI Council as the HSE nominee.
