Leon O'Hagan

Leon is a qualified Independent Prescriber and has worked in hospital, community, and primary care pharmacy in Ireland, England, and Australia. He holds a post graduate diploma in Healthcare Innovation from Trinity College Dublin, and currently works as a senior Informatics Pharmacist at the Rotunda Maternity Hospital in Dublin. Previously, he has worked as a HSE Senior Pharmacist on the iSimpathy project, helping integrate pharmacists into primary care teams to conduct comprehensive and patient-centred polypharmacy reviews. He was a regional officer and organiser for the Pharmacists' Defence Association Union (PDAU) in Northern Ireland.

Leon is a pharmacist appointee to the PSI Council.
